Refund policy

General Conditions (Applicable to All Products)

Returned or exchanged products must:

"House of Twilight reserves the right to refuse return/exchange requests from customers who exhibit an unusual pattern of excessive returns or engage in 'wardrobing' (buying to wear once and return)."

Be unused, unwashed, and unworn

Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations

Have original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Be returned in a resalable condition

Any product failing quality inspection will be rejected, and no return, exchange, or refund will be processed.


White Shade Products (Strict Exchange-Only Policy)

Due to the sensitive nature of white-colored garments:

Returns are strictly NOT allowed for white shade products.

Exchange is allowed only within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange is permitted for all reasons, subject to inspection approval.

No exchange request will be accepted after 3 days under any circumstances.

Refunds are not applicable for white shade products.


Black Shade Products

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Both return and exchange are allowed for all valid reasons, subject to inspection.

Requests raised after 7 days will be automatically rejected.


Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for eligible Black shade products.

Refunds are processed after successful quality inspection of the returned product.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.

Refund processing may take 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or incorrect product dispatch.


NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

Products may be deemed non-returnable if:

Tags are missing or tampered

Product has odor, stains, or wear marks

Damage caused after delivery


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, the brand may offer:

An alternate product, or

Store credit (at the brand’s discretion)

Exchange requests that do not meet policy conditions will be rejected without exception.


QUALITY CHECK & FINAL DECISION

All returned products undergo quality inspection.

Acceptance of return/refund is subject to QC approval.

QC decision shall be final and binding.
